A little hard to find but definitely worth our while as the friendly and knowledgeable staff here gave us plenty of good information about Shinjuku and other nearby vicinities. Additionally, there was a Mizuho Bank currency exchange machine with excellent exchange rates. We went to lots of currency exchange places around Tokyo and the rates here were pretty much the best. I recalled it was located under a highway bridge and very close to a Green Peas and a Taito Station.…

We finally found this office where we were able to exchange our vouchers for JR Rail pass. The young girl behind the counter was first class. She looked at our itinerary and suggested certain trains to travel on and booked and reserved seats on the various trains so we can travel throughout Japan in the knowledge that we do not need to go looking for seats. Highly recommended to tourists and alike. I was there on 29/12/2016 looking for directions to 'famous scenes' from the animation 'My Name'; the staff at Shinjuku Tourist Info Center was patient and marked down details which made my search a lot more easier! Thank you very much!
