Okonomimura is a definite go to and as others mention set over a few levels.
We tried two different ones but the favourite was the oyster pancake.

Found this place with the help of google maps. We climbed the stairs to the first floor and went into the restaurant right at the top of the stairs. There are many restaurants over a few floors so just pick whichever has less people.
