On the top of this outstanding building about 300 meters high this is certainly a beautiful observatory, with beautiful views an fun attractions. Strongly recommended when visiting Osaka and easily accessed through the subway system.

Please note that the observatory is temporarily closed due to the typhoon disaster! Knowing this will save you a long walk to the building.. From the outside it's still pretty though..

Really good place for a view of the city but please do NOT stop at the top or bottom of the escalator. That is dangerous! Move to the side so people behind you can get off as well!

I think it is best to arrive just prior to sunset so you can experience before, during, and after sunset. They have nice displays, a cafe with a view, a bar, a restaurant, and a gift shop. Lots to keep you busy. The views are...More

Good view and no line when we came but later the line was long as we were leaving to get a night view. Our admission was covered in the Amazing Pass. People later had to pay the regular price.

Very nice thing to do is in little time. It has great views and a extensive beer selection in the restaurant. If you fancy a movie you can also take that on the second floor.

Visited this attraction after reaching Osaka central JR station. The walk took about 20min, in the summer heat. The place was not packed and I managed to get in without queueing. The price of the ticket is 1500yen per adult, making it pricier than most...More

Good observatory and weather permitting you will get a good view of the city. Unfortunately we had a rainy day so visibility was poor.

It is not free, but ticketing happens after you go up the building. There are four floors (including the roof garden) that are accessible after you go up the building (before paying), but the top two cannot be seen without... More
