This dam is managed by BBMB. Located in Kangra district and nearby city is Talwara township(Punjab). Accommodations available in Talwara township(14km easily accessible by car,bus). Best time to visit it winter.
The dam has beautiful view and peaceful environment. The surroundings are is very quite and calm. Lot of birds can be spotted as well .
It's a bit risky and deserted hence one must be a big groups and be safe.
