What a gem, the aromatics, oils and spice section stocks everything at a very reasonable price, no more traveling to Mosselbaai or George for those special ingredients, Szechuan pepper✔Sumac✔Porcini mushrooms✔Shiitake mushrooms✔....the list goes on and on. We couldn't even find these ingredients in George, and there they were, right on our Stilbaai doorstep.
And you have the fantastic physio and soa treatment, the Pilates is tops.

I’ve had the pleasure of traveling and experiencing spas around the world. This was a first rate experience ; staff, massage, environment and post massage smoothie. Also, was able to purchase my Kombucha and ‘to go smoothie’ here for my stay in Stilbaai.

I enjoyed my experience at Namo Natural Health. The masseuse was friendly and professional. A quick health assessment was followed by a wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic massage. A must do when you are in Stilbaai.

I have had lots of treatments at Namo, sometimes because my back and neck were saw, sometimes just to treat myself for something nice and I have never been disappointed. I have been to Henk, Tertia and Wilma and regardless to whom I went, it was always very good. And on top of it everybody very friendly.
Will go there again soon!!!!!

I take a well deserved holiday to Stillbay every December holidays..and have been treated yearly visits to Namo Health. I live in Stellenbosch and like to have the convenience of good quality healthy products. This and fantastic treatments is at my fingertips at Namo. I have 2 boys and like treating them with natural meds, so whenever anyone gets ill during holidays, they have all ( and sometimes more ) the remedies I need. The aromatherapy massage & pressure point treatment is the best I have had anywhere in the country, and I am always surprised at how effective it is from the first treatment. The staff is so friendly, grounded and trustworthy and know deeply and somatically what they talk about. I will recommend not to skip the opportunity to have visit , even if it is to browse their interesting book collection ( old and new)

I was tired, stiff, sore and needed to really unwind, relax and align myself. And Namo did all that and more. Amazing place with just the right people, in just the right setting with just the right advice. I can highly recommend Namo Natural Health.

Every sport person should make a stop at Namo Natural Health, a must do - at least once a month. A treatment with Henk or any of the other staff memebers is simply brilliant. From a sports massage to the ultimate body pampering or relaxing treatment - Namo is the way to go. A stop here is on my monthly calender.

What a refreshing new revamp place. Always smells so fresh when you enter, all the natural products
We are regular customers, always sticking ul on their 5 health spice, since my husbamd been taking that his sinuses has cleared up, and this is very good fkr fighting cancer cells. Will recomment this supplement to everybody.
