We stopped by here on the drive from going on Safari back to Durban. It’s a great place for local products and fruits. I purchased a few lovely items from this great cooperative.

The market is dirty and the curious dusty. Main reason for anyone stopping is to buy the fruit or veg on display at the front of the parking.

A great place to stop off at , to break your journey. Quite a wide variety of items for sale and very reasonably priced. A very good community project.

Loads of variety of crafts available. Only problem is some crafts are allways covered closed and some is very dusty. We love to stop here annually when we go to hluhluwe. The only downside is the staff are never prepared to negotiate any discount when you pay, and they are not cheap, so we allways end up putting something back, it is really sad though.

Doesn't look like much from the front, except lots of fruit. But many locals shop here as well as tourists. Many wonderful crafts and curios in the many stalls in the back. The ladies are lovely and prices are set, so there's no haggling for prices or competing for your attention & tourist dollars. It's a bit dusty from the dry area. But t's a fun place to browse and the best prices for all your African gift desires. We bought some great wooden and beaded items.WE felt totally safe here!

We have found so many excellent pieces at Zamimpilo. There are many artists whose work is sold here, supporting the local community. Spend a while checking out the many, many tables of crafts. There is excellent fruit as well. We always buy more than we think we will, so be sure to have plenty of cash. Don’t miss it!

Some nice things, made locally I assume. All quite similar, all looked like they had been there a while. But felt a bit fake for tourists as there were nicer versions of many of the things at the airport, for same or lower price. Fruit and veg smelt and looked great.

Conveniently situated along the N2, this place offers a huge variety of crafts. The prices are great, too! This is very well worth a stop for at least 45 minutes.

Definitely stop at the market. The produce is in front, so you might miss the market if you're not watching out for it. There are lots of stalls selling handmade Zulu curios at the back at great prices. You don't bargain here, as the individual owners are not present, but then the prices are so good you don't need to. Cash only. You also pay to use the facilities here.

Vast variety of crafts from near and far, from outside South Africa as well. Reasonable prices, some of the local produce seemed rather pricey.
A pleasant change was a central paypoint so that one is not harassed when browsing but left in peace to browse at leisure.
Good place to buy gifts.
