The road to the lighthouse is well made tarmac although narrow in places. Plenty of parking at the lighthouse. The museum is interesting but all the information boards are in Spanish. You are given a book with all the information in, in English to read...More

Although the Lighthouse was closed, we enjoyed the drive along the coast road from Corralejo. The views are amazing. We stopped and watched the Wind Surfers, which was such a sight. We must return when the Lighthouse is open. By the way the coast road...More

It was our first stop touring the island for a day. We had a coffee there at the small cafe and sat outside enjoying the ocean. A quite windy spot where you can search for fossiles. I love the colors of the lighthouse and the...More

This large, impressive, red and white lighthouse, is in need of a lick of paint. The sizeable building incorporates a museum, gift shop and cafe, though why as a public building, it closes on a Monday, is a mystery. You can also see the smaller...More

It's a very pretty spot, but you can't use the toilets without paying to go into the museum or buying something in the coffee shop. You also can't go up the lighthouse. I would recommend a visit but limit exhibitions.

If you have a car then visit the lighthouse. There is a small cafe there and the views are stunning.

The lighthouse and nearby shoreline are well worth a few hours of your time. I ended up parking at a spot near the lighthouse and walked the shoreline for an hour or so. Many windsurfers were enjoying themselves at the time. My enjoyment, however, ended...More

I love lighthouses as they are always placed in beautiful places. This one is situated in an amazing place! Loved it! There is a fishing museum there but I was not so interested in it. The information board was helpful. Just admire the views!

Fantastic location and has a very comprehensive tour that you follow at your own pace by following the signage. Extremely interesting geology & paleontology wise. However, don't rush up to the cafe thinking they must surely have toilets. The currently do not! And take heed...More

Unlike previous reviewers, I didn't go up the lighthouse or visit the cafe/museum. I looked for toilets, but they didn't seem obviously available without at least paying to go into the museum. Anyway, parking at the lighthouse, it is possible to do a very nice...More
