The Xara Gate makes a picturesque entrance to the Old Town of Alcudia and hides a gem of the Town behind it. Well worth the visit if you are in the area at anytime but especially on Market Day.

Sat outside in the sunshine, sipping a coffee and admiring the beautiful Xara Gate was a holiday highlight - just beyond you'll find several interesting shops to explore. Absolutely lovely place to go if you're near by

You can easily reach out to it, bus, bike or walking. Quiet town to visit with open playgrounds for kids. Good food and small but mice city center.

Buses run from can picafort, Alcudia and pollensa. Busy on market days. Sunday is one think the other is Friday. Well worth a visit. Many little shops and cafes. Enjoy
