The temple Architecture is influenced by the traditional Dravidian style with Beautiful carvings on the entrance doors.It is mainly a 13th century temple that features a raised platform made of granite and carved square pillars that hold the stone slab roof.

Since we noticed its on the way to Kuruvadweep from Edakkal Cave .... we visited this ruins.....its totally isolated place where no-one to guide you...just a board from Archaeological survey of India saying " Protected Monument -whoever destroys,removes,injures,alters,defaces,imperils or misuses this monument shalle be punishable...More

The photograph shown in this is not from Puliyarmala Jain Temple. I think it is not a big monument. But a quite beautiful place.

There is not a lot to see apart from the temple columns, but they are carved beautifully, and the whole place is very well looked after

this is just interesting for the archaeologist and you may be able to understand any this if you go alone. you may take somebody interested in archaeology to explain you its importance . hope the leisure travelers can avoid it.

Very good sculptures are lying in forest unattended due to lack of awareness. Only structure is there among bushes. Very sad to see that even locals are unaware of it
