Having read tourist hype was expecting a lot more. Positives: The tunnel really was good fun and it was free. Negatives: 7 springs!!!!! Not 7, only 5 which were no more than trickles of water which needed markers to identify the source. The natural pool...More

This was my second visit to the site and so my expectations were just right.Entrance to the site is free and a cute restaurant with ample outdoor seating is on site. The springs are minute but the stream they create is soothing and harbours turtles,...More

There was only water in the spring by the cafeteria and the signage is poor, there were lots of people wandering around in the woods some parts very steep looking for the lake when in fact it was in the opposite direction. When we figured...More

I was excited to visit Epta Piges or 7 Springs however the waterfall is really a dam and the springs are non existent and unimpressive. If it wasn’t for the wooden numbered boards to show you where the springs are you wouldn’t find them. Even...More

The springs are not as unique or big as expected. We (and many others) went into the forest (maybe 1km) , trying to find the scene from the photos, without success. The lake (or creek) at the exit of the tunnel was almost dried-up. There...More

The "7 springs" themselves are highly overrated - they are just tiny springs some of which would even be unnoticeable were it for the numbers marking them. However, the whole experience is really nice and even extreme a bit because you have to pass a...More

We visited the location which was easily located and well sign posted. On the day there was plenty of parking but the shaded areas get taken pretty fast. So expect your car to be roasting int he sun. On arrival you can either go left...More

The tunnel was something different. Very nice paddle (the water is no more than 10" deep) and loved the waterfall. Worth spending a bit of time there and trying to spot the turtles there

We stopped off here for an hour during a fantastic full day 4x4 trip with Rhodes Adventures. There are not 7 springs, there are only two and what they call springs is like looking at a tap running in a couple of rocks. Not much...More

We went by car, so not sure. The road can be busy. I suggest you try Google maps to see if there is a route through the woods.

I would highly recommend water shoes while walking the underground tunnel. The water is not deep, at its deepest it is around mid shin level.
