Unlike the night markets in Patong area, the booths in Lard Yai are selling "not exactly the same" foods and drinks, and there are also some street performance. We arrived the place a bit earlier at around 4:30pm, and walk around the quiet area at...More

Plenty of street foods which u can buy and eat on the go... or u can find a nice cafe and enjoy the cool air con while sipping coconut juice or ice cream or ice coffee. The market gets real crowded by 7-8pm. Come early...More

A lot of fun if you don't mind huge crowd and heat from the food stalls doing their cooking. The market is about 3 or 4 blocks long with merchandise vendors occupying half the length and food vendors the other half. Bought a bunch of...More

Really like this market - much more than your average fare here. Food selection was amazing but craft, souvenirs and clothes were also great - very colourful and a little different to standard. Great place to find gifts that are beyond the basic souvenirs. Plus...More

This market is fantastic for street food and souvenirs. Well prices, clean and beautifully laid out. Worst bit is trying to decide what to eat.

a nice walking street full of artisans and food. it gets busy and can be constricted but it is well worth the trip and adds to the charm of old phuekt.
