I visited the canal for a run, and it was lovely. The path is wide enough for 2 people side by side for most of the time. It has lovely views of the canal and interesting locks.

Linslade north along the towpath is lovely. Whether boating, cycling or walking there is plenty of space, wildlife and pubs to keep you occupied. Peaceful and relaxing area.
