I went there while most of the shops had sale and it was a nice experience. There are several shops and restaurants and a large grocery shop.

Loved that there were locally made handicrafts and art amongst all the international brand stores. There is also a fairly large hyper U supermarket. Loved our visit.

After living full time aboard out sailboat for the past 2 years in the Caribbean this was a nice find. Most of the malls that we have encountered in the Caribbean have been half occupied strip malls with funky shops. We rented a car in...More

Hi, you've got two or three ... May be more... Can't remember... Even if I work there every day...
I have booked an Avis rental car online and the address is Auto GM and it shows on the map as being in this mall area. I don't know any French. By any chance, did you notice an Avis there? I will be in Martinique one day from a cruise ship and I am an adventurer, not so much a beach goer. I have chosen what I want to see. There is a Gauguin museum, the mountain and area which is similar to Pompeii from the volcano years ago, then some gardens, and down to ride around the beach areas, and return the car. But, I will need a taxi to get to the place and back. I am also interested in seeing the Fort du France area, the cathedral and Savane, and I figured after driving around for some hours, and getting a taxi back, we can walk some or ask the taxi driver to drive around before dropping us at the terminal. Is this ok in the several hours in the day we have? thanks
