the swimmingpool is clean, the garden is beautiful, the beach volley courts are for pro. If you want to spend a nice afternoon with sport, nature and the beautiful view of the Trasimeno lake this is the place for you.

From the healthy smoothies in the morning to the apertivi in the evening and everything in between, volleyball, basketball, swimming pool, lake, people watching.

Very nice little spot. Sports activities are possible: beach volley, football tennis, swimming pool, etc.
