Bernedette was an amazing tour guide who made sure we were comfortable and happy the whole time. She told us everything to know about what is around us ( tree names, bird names and history of the place ). Unati was also a amazing safety guide who made us feel safe and secure every time we went down the zip line. Overall amazing experience and would definitely recommend.

We did this in Nov (3A,2K). It was a lot of fun. Main reason for choosing this was our 6 year old was eligible to do it. He had a blast and this was his first zip line. In our whole South Africa tour he says this was his number one activity of the tour and that means a lot to us. Coming to the zip line itself. After a brief video and safety instructions you put on the gear, hop on a large bus and go to the zip line platforms maybe 10-15 minutes away. There are 10 zip lines you do. The guides are great, friendly and help ease any nerves you would have. We went on a day where there was no one else but us in the group and it was a great personal experience and we were not rushed anywhere. In peak season it will be crowded and little rushed. As I mentioned this was mainly for our 6 year old. We have done much higher and faster ziplines. It was decent thrill but there are more thrilling ziplines too. Depends on what you looking for. We also got the pictures and video package which was delivered to us via email in a couple of days. It was cheap so I took it. Video was decent and good memories.

Thank you so much for choosing the Tsitsikamma Canopy Tour as your choice of zipline activity while traveling South Africa. While other ziplines may be faster, higher, and longer we cater for nature lovers, and its an absolutely fun, safe family activity to do. Kids from as little as five years old are allowed to participate and what is so nice about it, is that we can even accommodate people who are differently abled (with prior arrangements).
It is always great to hear back from clients on how they have experienced the tour and how they felt about the entire offering. I am pleased to hear your 6-year-old enjoyed him/herself and that you found our guides friendly and enthusiastic to help.
In peak season we open more time slots so we operate from 8 am and every 20 minutes a tour departs, this allows for better control and clients will then not feel rushed.
We pride ourselves on offering excellent service and appreciate every feedback. It is good to read that you are satisfied with the pictures and videos received - feel free to share them on our social media platforms and tag us :)

Amazing experience. Tour was interactive, engaging and very insightful. The guides -Lukhanyo Mooi and Stef Mari Swart Boi ensured we had the most memorable experience and ensured our activities where beyond our wildest expectations

It was a really nice experience.
The Guides Clemence Babalwa and Stefmari were kind and funny.
We felt safe and learned a lot about the forest.
Clemence even took pictures and Videos with my mobile phone for free.

The views up there is absolutely stunning and definitely worth going for another ride if its too short :)

This was a very well organised, exciting zip line experience. I am a healthy fit 68 y o and had no problems doing the 10 stage course, each of varying degrees of length and speed. There’s also a 300 m steep uphill walk out of the canopy. Some of the youngsters struggled. 😂 We were in a group of 6 and purchased the group package of photos and videos. The quality was outstanding. Our guides, Siya and Juju were amazing. Very thorough, patient and safety conscious. An unforgettable experience. Thank you!

It was a lovely activity, and was not as frightening as I thought it may have been. Would have preferred a few longer zip rides, but all in all it was a great 3 hrs spent in the canopy. Shout out to Clemmence, Jo-anne and Mimi who looked after us so well, and made the activity so much fun.

My wife and I did the zip line tour with two amazing guides, Steph and Juju. They were very professional making sure safety came first while providing us with fun facts about the forest, wild life and zip course. We opted for the photo & video package which I totally recommend. Thanks to the guides for making this a fun and memorable experience.

Hi, no it depends on when you plan to visit them. You only need to book in advance in December and January. The rest of the time you can get a booking for the same day, the time might be a little different. Hope this helps.

Hi, I was planning a trip and was confused between Canopy Tours vs Ziplines (by Tsitsikamma Falls Adventure). As an outsider (ie neutral and being fair), can you pls help me with the differences between the two... I've a 12-year old kid as well - any preference from kid's perspective?

My wife is terribly afraid of heights and she was petrified at the first platform, however she went on to do the whole trip, no quitting after the 3rd platform (which is an option) and at the end wanted to do it again. She always says to people, you will never understand her fear until you have a genuine fear like hers.
