Natural swimming pool made of rocks and stones in Tricase porto. Come early in the morning to enjoy serenity. Parking is just a few steps from the place. It is a nice change if you are fed up with sandy beaches.

This natural pool is so beautiful! You are surrounded by rocks, clear water and blue sky. The water is not deep and you are so close to nature. Please remember to come with shoes that can go into water. You need shoes to swim here.

Cannot believe people stay here for a day (I prefer sandy beaches..), but Italians do. Unique place! I loved to be here for 1-2 hours. If you're lucky you can park your car down the hill, near the sea shore.

It's breathtaking and fascinating. The length and breadth of the tidal pool are generous. It's quite shallow at low tide but perfectly good. The views from the cafe are refreshing. The rock formations are awesome!

The Piscina Natural di Marina Serra is a nice break on normal sand beaches more common on the other side of the coast of Salento. Worth a visit when you want to take a swim.

Probably my favourite swimming location - around to the right of the main exit to sea is a reef for the best snorkleing.

Turquoise water, natural stone hewn swimming "pool" on lovely Adriatic coast. Waves crash into caves.

Excellent venue for safe swimming provided you do not venture beyond the obvious safety of the "pool". Adviseable to wear some form of footwear, as the underwater underfoot terrain can prove fairly sharp to dainty pampered feet.
