It's a massive and impressive monastery.It's beautiful and incredibly ornate in parts, particularly the ceiling. I was expecting a lovely abbey, but I was still impressed with this place. Not to be missed if you're in the area.

Yes you are allowed to take pictures inside the church (except the time of holy mass) The library can just be seen by booking a guided tour. It`s worth to be seen. Looking forward to welcome you in Kremsmünster abby!
