Innerleithen, situated just a few miles south east of Glentress is the preserve of the more experienced rider. Deemed as providing awesome downhill and freeride trails, as well as a cracking red-graded XC route.

Tough climb but well worth it for the views. Don't underestimate the difficulty as it is a long climb to the top. If you are feeling fit then the whole of the Minchmoor is worth attempting.

Innerleithen is just along the road from the Glentress Trail centre and provides a different type of riding and is accessible via the Sustrans multi use path from both Peebles and Glentress. Leaving the car park which by the way has zero facilities, it is...More

Innerleithen by contrast to Glentress is only a few miles down the road, however it is a different riding experience than its more famous trail centre. Innerleithen has a much more natural / technical appeal and would suit more advanced riders. On either side of the...More

A little bit of everything. Great climbing, but the decent probably requires a downhill bike. It could be quite intense but really fun. Great place to ride.

Steep climb right from the car park but this is a great place to ride. Really good fast single track down with plenty of technical difficulty and chicken runs for the not so brave. More edgy than Glentress and not nearly so weatherproofed. Not for...More
