Beach at southern most part of Mauritius It’s one of two places I think where there is no reef-so waves crash onto shore It’s a nice view point as u see the beach from atop a bit of a cliff. Nice spot for picnic. Was...More

A bit crowded on the double file stairs to the top. Nice sunset view, though you won't get to see the sun across the horizon

Perfect for an afternoon stroll. The views are breath taking and the sound of the ocean very relaxing!

Great views, big, loud waves, very windy. Not for swimming. Close to La roche qui pleure. I would recommend it for sure.

beautiful view of the Southern edge of the Island with open sea with no coral enclave; a cliff offers a good view of the rough sea beyond.

It is very good to get there. Some parking spaces available for free. It is windy and great place to have Picknick. You cannot reach the beach easy and it is not the place to swim. It reminded me of Ireland

The worse the weather, the better the view. The waves come crashing on to the beach and a great backdrop for selfies. Do Not attempt to swim there, several have drowned there. Walk along the top of the cliff to the rock in the distance on...More

We visited Gris Gris last week with a friend who was spending her vacation in Mauritius. The waves crashing against the cliffs was simply an amazing sight. I would recommend anyone visiting the island to pay a visit there. In fact, we never miss this...More

If you can find your way down to the small beaches between the cliffs, yes Loads of fish there. But I would say it's too risky to do so.
