Very nice place, easy to find with a man made beech, water sports and a 3 hour woodland walk. Something to do for any age and all the family, would highly recommend a visit if you happen to be near by

What a brilliant place to visit, for couples, for families, for dog owners, there is something for everyone. Walking, sports, swimming and snacking.. all within a short and compact area. Plenty of free parking and refreshments available in season. A regular favourite with our family...More

Spend a day walking around this stunning lake so much wildlife to see, the paths around the lake are good. Plenty of little cafes and restaurants around the lake. water sports activities are available for hire here. A fantastic day out
