Stunning sandy beach with plenty of space to explore ... if you carry on walking to the end you find the rain drainage structure - all covered in green - very slippery so watch your footing. Follow it to the end its a magical walk.

The only problem i found was arggessive begging forced flyers in your face from charity people wanting me to donate to cats protection or nspcc or rspca etc i had so many of them they wont take no for an answer in the town area...More

On a sunny day like today we could see for miles , the beach was almost empty . It was so clean and a pleasure to stroll in a clean environment

If your a fisherman not a bad mark.theres a good run of thornbacks & some decent smooth hounds in the peeler crab season.late March to mid may. That’s when I’ve had the best results

A lot of Sandgate is permit controlled but you can park in these areas for 2 hours but cannot return for at least 2 hours. There is Free car Parking available along Sandgate Esplanade There is also Free Parking for up to 24... More

Im not sure about pools but you can walk along the beach towards folkestone to the lower leas coastal park.
