We were strolling in the rain and stopped in here to shelter. Good service , decent ale comfy seats . There is a restaurant here.

Had a very tasty and enjoyable meal. The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable and nothing seems like too much trouble, even dealingwith a vegetarian allergy sufferer, which includes garlic. I had the recomended carrot courgette and hullumi burger it was delicious

Very comfortable sofas in front of the double sided fire place . Dogs are very welcome, even doggy biscuits are baked in the kitchen and are offered to those who attend. Spitfire and Whitstable bay pale ale which is the facet sham steam brewery available...More
