It is a lovely walk to take your dog on or just if you like being outside in nature. You get to hear the sounds of wildlife and the rolling sea.

This nature reserve is set within truly spectacular scenery.Fabulous view of the Sussex countryside,the South Coast,including the Isle of Wight,and the South Downs. Opportunity to view wildlife and all manner of birds can be spotted,including Cormaronts and Herons.

We cycled our bikes through the Nature Reserve on the public footpaths,it was lovely to see birds in the natural habitat and all the plants and flowers too. Althhough it did play myhayfever up a little!!!
