This pub/hotel is one of the best in Selsey for a great range of real ales that changes from week to week and well kept. It has a great restaurant which serves a good range of pub grub at a reasonable price.

Booked in for a birthday meal. Roast beef was exceptional - scrummy yorkshires. Lovely sea bass and haddock served for the fish-eaters. Delightful wine menu. Great local ales. We then sat and played cards. Perfect Sunday evening. Thank you!

Very pleasant dinner for two. Bread and olives to share. Plentiful amount of both. Two mains were the "Seal" chowder that was delicious and also a Caesar salad with chicken that was nice too. Enthusiastic and helpful server. Will return!

Popped in early hoping for dinner, very busy, noisy in the bar but got a table. Food very nice, we both had sea bass with new potatoes, asparagus and lemon sauce, which we both enjoyed. The staff are very young and inexperienced, don't know if...More

A twenty minute plus wait for an extremely over priced (£12) & bland tasteless burger with a tiny amount of lettuce & well over cooked small portion of chips. Served on a scrubby looking wooden board. Only one other table of customers to begin with....More

We stayed as guests for a weekend here and had very good breakfasts with choice of cereals and fresh fruit as well as an excellent cooked breakfast. The staff were attentive and helpful.
