If you want to see a view of Port Louis this is a go place to go, not to much there, there is a few local tourists shops inside. Besides the view there’s not much more to see

It was 2 hours nice walk in the city. It is nice and cozy small historic town. Interesting mixture of architecture nice old church and interesting fort. When you are around Lorient, pay a visit (and skip Lorient).

A very interesting visit which combines the Citadelle with two excellent museums. Great views across the bay to L'Orient. Good value for €8 per person as we spent a couple of hours exploring. Plenty here to keep all ages interested and some good photo opportunities....More

Great fort with majestic vieuw. The museum is allso wortwhile visiting. Walk around and try to picture how people used to live here. Mindblowing vieuws wherever you look.

Nice to have a walk when you have good weather outside. Interesting architecture, place with a restaurant just close to citadel. Possible to go with children and people with handicap.

Well preserved citadel with some great views of the sea and WWII german bunkers. We enjoyed walking the walls and watching the sail boats. And be sure to visit the wonderful East India trading Company museum, which is very fascinating and interesting. It really helps...More

We are a family of four with two children under 14. They were free so for an entrance fee of only 16 Euros we had a really enjoyable couple of hours. Plenty to see, the museums are really informative. Well worth a couple of hours...More
