I live in Liverpool and feel fortunate to have such beautiful countryside on my doorstep. There are lots of scenic walks throughout the Wirral peninsula and, here, you will find views of West Kirkby, the Dee estuary and Hilbre Island.

I love these hills, whether walking, running, building dens with the children - they're always beautiful, the views are stunning and they change with all the seasons/

I have loved Caldy Hill since I was a child and have happily walked children and dogs here for the past 40 years. Good to see its wonderful wildness has been maintained

Lots of lovely walks on these hills, which are easily accessible from West Kirby. Great at any time of year.
