A permanent, tide-free pool used for sailboarding. There is a path right round the pool, making those on the far side look like they are actually walking on the water of the Dee estuary.

The marine lake has a great walk around it, parking nearby and not extortionate. Some nice cafes although the one we chose was very expensive. Well worth a visit.

We spent the time watching school children being trained in the art of canoeing. They seemed to be learning and enjoying themselves. It was a very well organised activity with very good safety people in place.
