Lovely, fairly easy walk to a small waterfall. Beautiful way to spend a sunny morning — but not in the afternoon rain!

This waterfall was really cool, especially, if you cross it, and go down to check out the big rock and cave (bit of climbing so maybe not for everybody)

A very peaceful hike with wild avocado, oak and other huge buttress trees shading the trail. Surrounded by birdsong the whole way. The temperature is generally cooler than one would expect in Costa Rica but given the elevation should be understood. We saw many species...More

Although a hurricane prevented us from taking the full walk to the waterfalls, we were able to see much of the river and so,e of the waterfalls. The walk is well worth it. We even saw the sort after Quetzel bird.

Nice trail until you get the first waterfall. But pretty scary after that point! Don't go on! Stairs broken! Bridges oh my god.. yes you'll see a big and impressive waterfall on the river the most pure of Central America. Does it worth it? Not...More
