Having spent 4 hours visiting the next door Rocket Site, it would be stupid not to spend an extra hour exploring this Russian Submarine. I’d been in Manhattan a week before and did the USS Growler, wow what a difference, compared to the USS Growler...More

This is an example of a Russian diesel powered submarine, (and not a very well maintained one) There is little information inside which is cramped and awkward to walk through. Unless you are really keen I wouldn't bother going inside as it's expensive and rather...More

I have never been inside a submarine before and the U-Boot museum gave some insight into the oppressive claustrophobic living conditions. However, we were told that the full crew would have been about 80 people. With about a dozen or so manikins around I don't...More

There is a lot to see in a submarine but unfortunately not much is explained in this one. It takes app. 15-25 min to walk through it. I have seen other submarines that were more interesting

Have you never been inside a submarine? Here is your chance to see the biggest Russian diesel driven submarine...for us was it interesting and scary at the same time.

It's true that in something what is called "U Boot museum" we expected something different and especially more than just a single Soviet submarine. If it were anywhere else but right at Peenemunde I'd rather expected something from German history. Well, but anyway - when...More

Took less than 15 min. to pass through the boat. No information and poorly maintained so eur 28.00 for a family of 4 was a total rip off.
