I visited Son Real in October. There were autumn ladies tresses, autumn crocuses and other flowers. The views were good and the Necropolis at the end of a 2 mile walk was worth a look - 2700 year old ruins by the sea. I also...More

As of today I have been vacationing in Ca’n Picafort five times already and each time I have been visiting Son Real more than once. This is a magnificent place of utmost natural beauty, serenity and bliss. Being a replica of a typical Mideterranian forest...More

Cycled here from the main road (Ma-12), so it was a godsend that the building at the entrance of the walking/cycle paths had an ice cold water vending machine. There's a few sheep and pigs near the entrance, and the paths are generally good quality...More

SO worth the flight from Exeter for a quick birding break. An easy, 2.65 euro bus trip from Porto Pollensa, a soft and sandy walk along the beach from Can Picafort, and up into the garrigue landscape, home of countless warblers and other firsts for...More

In a savage region, an old finca, near the beach and old ruins and land parcels; to visit the animals of the finca , like black pic and other sorts, nice old stone house and ancient walls; nice for a visit.

Stroll along the beach from Son Baulo and you will discover the wonders of Finca Publica Son Real. We picked up a map from the local Tourist Information office and followed the clearly marked paths. This estate is a real treasure. Son Real is the...More

This is a really amazing attraction for multiple purposes. There are multiple ancient monuments from the talayotic and pre-talayotic periods, a sizeable and interesting history museum on two stories of the old farmhouse, various farm animals that young children will enjoy to see (donkeys, sheep,...More
