It was a cool experience getting to visit the historic Meiji resting place. The garden which surrounds it is very tranquil, and I'd definitely suggest that you check this place out at least once.

It is lovely to walk through this garden but our visit was too soon and the weather was hot. Only if it was a few degrees lower, it would be wonderful!

Was lucky enough to see the Irises in bloom this visit. And a Wedding procession. The grace and spaces of some of the gates make for a peaceful stroll even amid crowd.

Great place to visit, especially during the Sakura season in late March - early April. Got the mystical feeling seeing the shrine.

It was nice, but I actually just walked through on my way to Shake Shack. Supposedly best in the autumn!

Akasaka / Roppongi
Not so long ago the Akasaka and Roppongi areas were
famous for their nightlife, high-class restaurants,
bars and clubs. More recently, with the opening of
Roppongi Hills, Tokyo Midtown and Akasaka Sacas, the
area has declared itself as the most fashionable spot
to be seen. The area also hosts the National Art
