gruta azul is beautiful to see not touch it. Brazilian Navy does not allow swimming near the entry any more, because there is a risk to have accidents.

Unclear why this is supposedly one of the top tourist attractions in the state of Rio de Janeiro. The boats are no longer allowed to enter the cave so you just do a brief (like 2-minute) stop for pictures as part of your boat tour...More
