This is a love letter to Locorotondo as the best spot in the beautiful Val d'Itria in the heart of "Trulli Land." It's less touristy (a lot less touristy) than Alberobello. prettier than Cisternino, and smaller, more intimate and less crowded and bustling than Martina...More

The most unspoilt and lovely old town in the Valle d'itria. Utterly charming and should not be missed. Wander the pretty street, stop in one of the amazing restaurant, admire the view from the belvedere and make sure you try the gelato. Wonderful.

Like Ostuni and Martina Franka, Locorotondo is a nice small medieval hilltop town. Not much to see but a good stop for a walk, some nice pictures and a lunch. Pro tip: use the parking garage if you by car.

Lovely town full of white houses. "A must" when in Puglia. Great for an evening walk with a chance of getting lost in narrow streets.

We visited Locorotondo on Christmas Day and expected to find ourselves pretty much alone. We were surprised to see the town was bustling with locals and many shops and restaurants open. We wandered the quaint back streets for hours as there was always something new...More

High-end shops. Clean. Gorgeous, dramatic setting. Handy public parking right before the pedestrian walking area. Good variety of nice restaurants. Beautiful views out over the countryside.
