Park the car right outside and step into how cinema used to be. Great up to date films with the authentic Compton mighty organ playing in the interval.

Kinema in the woods is in the woods literally! A real step back in time with lots of memorabilia to look at . The seating was comfortable and warm which was a relief as it was very cold outside . The refreshments were average priced...More

Went for the first time today and although it was extremely busy with it being half term, I loved the traditional setup of the Kinema in the Woods with the organist in the interval. Will definitely visit again

A great film about a great (but flawed) man, the cinema is quaint but has 2 fantastic screens with top quality sound. The best thing though is the interval entertainment of an original Compton organ coming out of the stage floor being played.

Very original cinema. This is how all cinemas should be. A lovely Saturday evening. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere in the cinema really added to the enjoyment of the film.

The Kinema in the Woods has been my favourite cinema since I was a youngster. I love the piano playing during the interval, I love all the old school memorabilia, photos, and cinematography equipment is fascinating to see. Always worth a visit!

Hi Helen, Meerkat movies vouchers accepted, making it even better value for money for a unique experience. Sweets, popcorn and Ice cream are also at very sensible prices not a kings ransom like some places!!!!
