It felt as if I stepped back in time. More than a castle, this was what they called a weekender back on those days - I say this as fortification is minimum.

This is a great place just behind the magic Piazza Ducale. Inside the castle you have many historical place to visit including the shoe museum and a small art gallery of local painters from 16th century.

Enjoyed walking through the grounds and around the castle. No fee unless you visit the many museums. Also there is a public toilet for those in need. The castle leads into a large lovely park on one side and a beautiful fountain on the other....More

A beautiful castle! Well preserved with loads of interesting nooks and crannies to visit. A huge park at the back to walk through. Interesting history.

This is a very nice and beautiful castle to visit with family, friends, Solo or with your loved one, the garden area is huge and you can find beautiful flowers, grass, fountains and also so many places to eat, must visit if in Milan

The last I know - The working days are 08 to 18.00, the weekends and day off 08.00 to 19.00. Hope it helps. Best
