We booked an indulgence spa day as hubby had received a Hot Stones massage voucher for Christmas. The staff were great, the guy that showed us around in the morning (sorry I can’t remember his name but we were there Monday 9 July) was courteous,...More

Went on a Saturday as part of the recent deal of spa, radio mud and afternoon tea. We also paid for massages. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The spa is surprisingly small, with almost no space in the women’s changing rooms (you...More

Very peaceful. The people there were excellent and very friendly. We went on a weekday - so not crowded. Only 4 relaxer chairs which might cause a 'fight' in busier times. It had a lovely warm pool, a sauna, steam room and great showers.
