Meine Frau und ich verbrachten 9 Tage Urlaub im Thermenland und wohnten dabei im Bezirk Jennersdorf im Burgenland. Um auch die Gegend zu erkunden, besuchten wir das Tourismusbüro in Jennersdorf und bekamen die entsprechende Information zu der Wallfahrtskirche in Maria Bild.
Also, unbedingt hin!

Very idyllic. The long inn made our visit perfect. We haven't had such a good meal and great service in a long time... my husband is British and ete pre tet... and he was also enthusiastic.

Wenn man sich darüber ein Bild machen will, dann wird es ein kleines. Man sollte nicht zu viel erwarten.
Waren am Heimweg in Mariasdorf. Das gibt mit seiner 600J Geschichte mehr her.

Der Altar sowie weitere Elemente wurden von einem Wiener Künstler (Kurt Straznicky) gestaltet. Er verbindet moderne Kunst mit den Elementen der Kirche. Für Kunstliebhaber ist es einen Besuch auf jeden Fall wert.
