About Abseil Africa
Step off the top at 1000 metres above sea level, and Abseil into mind-blowing vertical space. The panoramic views from the top of Table Mountain are breath taking, but the views from the abseil are even better. Descending down the side of a sheer cliff you will have Camps Bay, the Atlantic Seaboard and the deep blue ocean at your feet with the Twelve Apostles at your side. The Table Mountain Abseil is guaranteed to get your pulse racing. We operate on a daily basis weather permitting between 9:00am and 15:00pm. The overall experience will take about 45 min to an hour and includes: Signing and Harnessing up A Safety briefing Accessing the Abseiling site Doing the Abseil A pleasant hike back to the to the top **No experience is needed, the guides show you the ropes and talk you through the whole process Bring water for your hike back to the top Go Pros are welcome. What a spectacular experience! Table Mountain is amazing in and of itself, but repelling off the top is just incredible. We've been to Table Mountain many times, having taken the cable car up and down, having hiked up and down the front several times and hiked up the back side

That was the most terrifying experience in my life by far! But if I was asked to do it again I would probably enjoy it much more (never looking down!). Roy and all the other guys, you made us feel safe and fully alive!!! Amazing experience.

The company are very friendly, professional and helpful - we underestimated the length of the queue for the cable car - got there at 8.30am and the queue was already massive even for prebooked tickets. It took us just over an hour to get to the top, which meant we were late for
