The place is huge and have different parts. Spending 1hr is not enough. However, best not to bring your car and expecting a bit if walking up and down.

Hi Celeste, Most of the areas and artworks are accessible by stairs without ramps. Your mom will be able to see some of the pieces but she may not be able to “fully” experience the museum.
