Great natural area with circular walk around the reservoir, huge car park. It’s a nice route with wildlife and fauna, just a very relaxed and nice place to go for a change. There is a pub a short drive away and a nice little tearoom.

Excellent day out visiting the reservoir plenty to see, watching the wild birds in action. One can go fishing there also. Nice to have a picnic there, Just right for dog walking. Many varieties of trees and bushes to see.

The cafe is dog friendly and yes they are open Sundays, but there are only 3 indoor tables but it's more like a porch open at the front but there are picnic tables at the front of the cafe.
