Ryugado caves was interesting. Some different things to see. Like most caves lot of narrow passages and low entrances. Can get a little slippery. Worth the trip.

Tosayamadacho Sakakawa, Kami 782-0005, Kochi Prefecture Really enjoyable for a short tour. You have to buy tickets for the entrance of the main cave. Entire cave is really amazing.

I didn’t find them a problem but then I go to the gym six times a week so keep fairly fit.
