The view is worth the hike! Once you get to the top you can keep going up towards the left and take pictures from both sides of the island.Morning is best so its not too hot

No gates... entrance is located behind the Baseball field. Many adventureus souls make the trek at night. Lights can be seen snaking up the creator, quite beautiful.
