If it wasn't so hot, we would have spent more time in this park. The design elements and water features are pretty and the old buildings, on the back side, are intriguing. Due to the heat, we just had to pass through on our way...More

I love what they’ve done with Hemisfair Park!! It’s one of my favorite spots in San Antonio. If you do nothing else while you’re here at least check this place out - you won’t be disappointed!

We walked through the Hemisfair Park every day on the way to our conference. It was very shady and had a friendly atmosphere. We saw families enjoying the space. It was very nice.

Hemisfair Park is a fun place during the afternoon or evening, though there are not a lot of activities compared to the river walk, the zoo, or local museums. I enjoy an early morning walk or run when you largely have the Park to yourself.

No, you can just walk into the park. There is the Tower of the Americas, I believe you have to pay a fee to go up in the tower.

It's "Hemisfair" that's a play on words for hemisphere.
