A nice mix of restaurants, shops and attractions on the waterfront. Ate at one of the restaurants which we enjoyed and browsed a few shops on the way to the aquarium. Would recommend spending a couple of hours here.
This place has great restaurants and attractions for all ages. New age technology surround by history as well. Place has some dark areas with limited lighting at dark but is heavily patrolled by cops of foot.

I am sorry that I am unfamiliar where the Charm tours are located at. If they are located in Inner Harbor it isn’t huge area so probably walking distance to everything. However, I didn’t see any helicopters during my visit.
