There is so much to see and learn in this museum. Information is presented in panels and interactive exhibits. There are many videos which were very well done and gave background to the important themes of the museum. Washington´s War Tent is an especially moving...More

They should just close the building down and have specific days for school groups. It is difficult to enjoy it when there are kids running all over the place. If you want to watch all the videos, you should give yourself a good few hours....More

I was lucky to see the movies in the Theaters showing what it was like in the beginning of America. There is so much history here I'm happy they show the real story and not what they teach in school which is not the full...More

Really well done museum - was only able to stay an hour due to a flight but wish I could have spent several hours there! Short films are excellent and plenty for 12 yr old to do. Very educational- will be back someday.

There are a few parking garages within walking distance. We parked at the below ground parking garage at the National Constitution Center and walked there via Betsy Ross House. We hit the City Tavern afterwards. Have fun.

I am not sure if you can bring food in a backpack. I would call and ask. We ate at a restaurant after we visited the museum. There are a lot of places right in the area. Enjoy!
