Endless pieces of art requiring recurring visits. Numerous and well researched aimed of what you plan to see at each occasion. This time we only focused on contemporary art and it was still too much. Fantastic collection.
An amazing museum. You can enjoy Egyptian and Roman art. But the most attractive for me was the huge collection of Abstract art. Also the Impressionist and post impressionist collection is very nice.

Massive Art Museum is One of the World's Best. So much to see it could take days, if not forever... If you're a local, join as a member. Also includes The Met Bruerer and The Cloisters. Phenomenal selections, guided tours, unique spectrum of artworks.
My understanding is that unless there is a special exhibition of any of their objects, most are in storage and only a few are on exhibit at any time. They just have so much and only a limited amount of exhibition space.
