Beautiful beautiful, right on the water. Very clean - fun/different shops. Easy to find. Pricey parking, but worth it.

There is parking behind the Manchester Grand Hyatt hotel where I stayed but I am not sure how much it cost to park there. The village is behind the said hotel. You can check the hotel's website to be sure.

There is a charge for parking in the lot and walking around, yes restaurants validate. If you will be hanging around the area all day, cheapest parking if north of the USS Midway.
