Wow, is the only way to describe this architectural wonder. Designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, it was completed in 2001 and I can guarantee you have never seen anything like it. The building features two movable wings with a span of 217 feet which...More

The museum is much bigger than the outside lends you to believe. The mystery part of the trip was a disappointment as it was too difficult to get started, would have been better to have been given a start on the "Clues" and the "Emoji"...More

I’m a member of the Chicago Art Institute and love seeing art, so I looked forwarded to coming and was not disappointed. The architectural design of the place is spectacular and the collection is wonderful. I went to an “after dark” event with Halloween themed...More

Spent about 2 1/2 hours there, barely scratched the surface. Much to see and the views of the lake are stunning.

The architecture and green spaces on the lake are alone worth the visit. The museum has a diverse set of good exhibits with a few standout pieces. Photography gallery was excellent. A highly recommended way to spend half a day in Milwaukee.

Amazing architecture enjoyed from the outside before even entering to see the artworks. Loved the contemporary floor. Each area was well defined and you found something interesting around every little corner right through the gallery. It also has an amazing carpark - very architectural as...More

We spent a lovely sunny autumn Sunday on the lakefront and going to this gallery. There is a lot to see. If I lived here I would visit often and just take it in smaller sections. I loved the glass and furniture in particular.

I suggest outside. There are many vantage points. Across the street in the parking garage. At the restaurant nearby (Harbor House).

If you don't mind a very pleasant Milwaukee walk, you wouldn't have to. However, it is an option. Sorry for the delay in responding. I just saw your question now.
