Learn about the history of the area, walk the path and see the beauty of the marsh area and the property. Visit the Farmer's Market on Tuesday and look at local art in the gallery.

We enjoyed the exhibits and learned a few new things about the island. The walking tour is easy and had great views. Worth the time to visit and learn about the history of Hilton head

Yes, you can ride your bike. There is a newly constructed path that leads from RT 278 or Jarvis Creek Park right on to the Museum property. Inside the property, there is a paved path almost the entire perimeter. Be sure... More

I would at least spend 60-80 minutes for outdoor exploration as well as the museum.
