The pineapple fountain was beautiful but the water was a little chilly in October. Must see when in Charleston.

Joe Riley Waterfront Park is lovely. The views of the water and Fort Sumter are very nice. The pineapple fountain is beautiful. On warm days there will be children splashing about in the fountain. It is a quiet spot to relax. A must see when...More

Love this area! Enjoy the fountains and the swings on the pier. Public Bathrooms are conveniently located close by. Sign in "swing area" ask visitors to limit time spent in swings so others can enjoy also. Apparently, this sign doesn't apply to homeless people who...More

The fountain you see in so many images representing Charleston is to be found in this scenic waterside park. A great stroll from downtown through picturesque neighborhoods along the waterfront battery - not to be missed in any tour of the city.

A must stop while in Charleston. Great little spot to have a picnic or stop to enjoy the view! Lots of crowds though

Beautiful fountain near Waterfront Park with shaded, benches nearby to sit and enjoy the scenery. Good for photograph backgrounds in the tourist city. Usually visit when in the area. Will return. Not high activity. Just nice place to relax.
